The owners of the VILA BERLIN pension in Poiana Brașov wanted a perfect place for a holiday, where guests can feel really better at home and enjoy the decor and architecture of the pension and of course the wonderful area in this part of Romania. They were inspired to think of a specialized help and turned to our design and design office SERMINDES for the renovation project. And for its implementation at the construction company V&E CONSTRUCT S.R.L .. Both companies located across the Prut, in the Republic of Moldova. The whole renovation process that started in 2018 and ended in 2019 went very well because the owners were a customer involved, who gave us maximum trust and respected all stages. The surface of the pension is 600 m.p., composed of 11 rooms, 2 lounges, a shared kitchen, a playground for children, a modern sauna for 6 people and a gazebo for 12 people. For the arrangement of the pension, the rustic style that is loaded was avoided and it has already become a really tiring cliché.
