Frequently asked questions in search of the right designer:

How to choose the right designer and how not go wrong?
How not to fall prey to a con man?
How can you be sure of the designer's specialization?
Here are the answers to these questions:

Possible consequences of using the services of an inexperienced designer:

1. Big money losses - the designer's mistake can emerge both in the beginning phase of the construction process and, more importantly, at the end of the project.
2. Even if apparently all the constructive problems are resolved, You may notice, at one point, a number of problems related to: the organization of the interior is not comfortable, insufficient sockets, uncomfortable door opening, uncomfortable furniture, too weak light, too strong or incorrectly focused etc. Correcting these mistakes is very expensive - both in money and time.
3. There are a lot of cases when the inexperienced designer resorts to wrong solutions, such as, for example, covering the angles with gypsum boards – not knowing how to decorate them, they waste 2-3 square meters of space; neglects the artificial lighting of the premise or integrates it incorrectly, insufficient and totally impractical electrical networks.
4. The beneficiary gets in the situation when he or she is obliged to use the services of another designer to correct the mistakes of the previous designer. Thus, the works are taken from the beginning.

How to choose the right designer?

1. Your tastes must coincide with those of the designer. Consider carefully his or her work and try to understand if You like it. Even if the designer is a good, qualified, experienced specialist, it can happen that You simply don't like his or her projects - this is the difference in taste.
2. Easy communication - make sure you speak in the same language and that You are understood with half a word.
3. It is preferable that the designer possesses the technique of hand sketches. Thus, the process of explaining an idea will be more accessible and faster. You will understand the designer's ideas much better.
4. It is important that the designer possesses the skills necessary for the qualitative creation of 3D views, which allows You to understand exactly how light will be distributed indoors, how textures, materials, colors, impact and reflections effect are combined, etc. The more real the 3D image is, the more exactly You will understand how will look the finished interior.
5. The designer must have experience not only in creating the virtual project, but also in the actual works on the site, during the realization of the project. Creation of surreal images is nothing without the skill and knowledge of the site work.
6. Ask to see at least three projects with real photos vs. 3D views and compare the similarities between them. At a good designer concept similarity with real photos is 75-95%.

When the similarity is 25-65%, the designer can argue in different ways: the initial budget has been modified, better ideas appeared in the construction process or the beneficiary made changes on his own initiative, etc. If the designer has developed something that does not suit the beneficiary and has not clarified his financial possibilities - is such a specialist still effective?
The designer must possess the necessary skills for a logical analysis of the working process. Prepare questions in advance and pay attention to the designer's answers and behavior. Find out how he or she works, what are the stages of his or her work, what is the payment procedure - do these answers suit You?
We perfectly understand the problems listed above that the beneficiary faces before and during the construction process.

What contains a complete interior design and what are the benefits.

Consultancy - Initially we set up a meeting where we will discuss the needs, preferences, habits and lifestyle.
Case study - We analyze the requirements regarding the object and the budget expected, we try to get to know each other as best we can and to generate the idea of arranging the object.

1. The plan with dimensions, images and object study.

We take all the necessary measures of space. There are taken into account all the details: the walls, the height of the ceiling, the ventilation networks, the gas, sewer and water pipes, the electrical network, meters etc. It is developed the photographic fixing of the existing situation on the site.
If the object is located abroad, it will be necessary to send us the sizes of the walls and the engineering networks (ventilation, sewerage, etc.) of the object or to send us the architectural project.

2. Development of the systematization of the plan or its re-planning.

We're working hard for the rational zoning of the premises, in the sketching of the additional walls and of the furniture, to obtain the optimum model of arrangement, taking into account the possibilities of the project.
We propose simple and logical solutions that reflect the requirements and preferences of the beneficiary. We work with exact dimensions, making the most of every square meter. Systematization is the skeleton of the object and that is why we must pay maximum attention to it.

3. Presentation in 3D views:

3D view of the project allows You to understand exactly how the finished space will look like at the end. Having a realistic presentation, the 3D view illustrates how artificial and natural light will fall and what impact it will have on the interior, how glossy and matte surfaces, textures, materials, reflections, colors etc. will be combined. In one word, the views save You from making bad decisions, from additional costs, but also from possible disappointments. It is not recommended to initiate the construction of the object before seeing and approving the project in 3D, even where apparently everything is clear.
Below are presented qualitative examples of 3D images:

4. Technical project

The technical album offers the possibility to organize an auction among the construction, furniture, sanitary ware etc. companies. The project is detailed enough to make it possible to verify the masters. Practically, each master receives a detailed technical project, which he or she must follow.

5. Purchase of finishing materials, ordering of furniture, equipment, etc.

Choosing optimal engineering, ventilation, air conditioning, „smart home” systems, „home cinema”, swimming pools solutions and so on.
We offer You the possibility to choose from several suppliers, to select the finishing materials and their place of purchase, according to the quality / price criterion.
We recommend You verified and reliable suppliers, offering discounts to our customers, which will help You save more money.

6. Site supervision

We ensure the supervision of the working process on the project in a correct manner, solving the problems that appeared in the process, which saves Your time and nerves.
